Project

As SERC sought to expand the reach of its service provider training program while strengthening financial sustainability, it identified a need to develop a membership-based delivery model. The goal was to create a structure that would generate new revenue while increasing access to high-quality, inclusive, and culturally safe training across Manitoba.

What We Did

• Designed a membership-based program model to support sustainable revenue generation and expanded access to SERC’s service provider training.

• Positioned SERC as a provincial leader in sexuality education
