Sexuality Education Resource Centre (SERC)—Program Development

SERC engaged our team to support the development of a membership-based model for its service provider training program. The goal was to create a sustainable structure that would both generate new revenue and expand the organization’s reach within Manitoba’s health, education, and social service sectors.

Impact:

The new membership model positioned SERC as a leader in sexuality education by providing organizations with ongoing access to high-quality, inclusive, and culturally safe training. This approach not only established a reliable revenue stream, but also raised SERC’s provincial profile and strengthened its ability to achieve its mission of advancing comprehensive, accessible sexuality education across communities.
