Manitoba Teachers’ Society—Strategic Planning

The Manitoba Teachers’ Society (MTS), representing over 16,000 members, sought to renew its strategic plan to better reflect the priorities of its membership and respond to a rapidly changing educational and labour landscape. The organization needed a process that was both inclusive and evidence-based, ensuring that member voices guided the direction of the plan.

We designed and facilitated a comprehensive strategic planning process. This included document reviews, surveys, consultations with staff and key stakeholders, and facilitated workshops with leadership. We helped MTS clarify its values, define strategic priorities, and create a framework that positions the organization for long-term success. The process was collaborative, transparent, and grounded in research to ensure strong alignment with member needs.The full project is set to be completed in January of 2026.
